At ZENNOA, we believe in peace, balance, and freedom, and that includes doing all we can to keep our Affiliates and Customers happy and satisfied with their products. We handle each return on a case-by-case basis to help you continue on your journey to find your own zennoa. For all returns or exchanges, please contact our ZENNOA Success Team to start the process:

We follow the return policy and procedures as outlined in the ZENNOA Policy Manual. Approval for the return must be received prior to the return of the shipment. This approval must be obtained, either by telephone or email, and the actual return shipment must be accompanied by the Return Authorization number provided by ZENNOA. Products returned without prior authorization will not qualify for a product credit or refund and will be returned to the sender at their own expense. ZENNOA will provide the Affiliate/Customer with the correct procedures and location for returning the products. The order number must be provided at the time the request is made. All return shipping costs must be paid for by the Affiliate/Customer. ZENNOA may charge a $10 fee for shipments that are refused at the point of delivery and returned. These procedures must be complied with in order to obtain a refund for returned products.
